Kushions: Come Quietly, Granny
Case: Kushions (flower)
File Date: 10/03/2016
Case No: 0052
Yesterday morning I was called to the Sunrise Nursing Home where I was tasked with arresting a 102-year-old woman. I cuffed her, put her in the back and drove her to the station for processing. She insisted I cuff her, read her rights to her, and put my hand on her head and say, “watch your head” as I put her in the car.
Apparently Mrs. Nowak always wanted to experience being arrested and riding in the back of a police car. Yesterday I fulfilled this dream on her bucket list. I drove her about 10 minutes to a diner I frequent. We had breakfast and I listened to her incredible life stories.

Phenotype Profile: This 1-gram, dark green bud was loaded with red and yellow hairs. I expected dense buds with large calyxes, but instead surprisingly this bud was not the Indica I had anticipated. This bud’s physical characteristics were a bit more delicate than a typical Kush
Bud Density: 4 [1-5]
Terpene Profile: In its intact state, this flower smelled lightly of pungent citrus. Once ground, the bud emitted aromas of lemon-pine, sour and Kush pungency. When smoked, this bud tasted of pungent pine and a mild sweetness on an earth and wood foundation with hints of perfume. The smoke was smooth and a little cough-inducing.
TIP: To learn all about terpenes, see the Terpenes Library page.
Effects: Classic heavy Kush stone. Starts out mildy cerebral but then the body relaxation creeps in and, before you know it, you’re sinking deeper or maybe floating higher. At once very calming and euphoric.
Duration of Effects: 2 hours
May Help With: Helped with mild nerve pain and mood. May also help with body pain, muscle spasms, anxiety, stress, PTSD, appetite, insomnia (and more)
Interesting bud structure and potent, on-point effects.

Sometimes my job is very rewarding.
And remember, the next time you turn around, turn around again... 'cause I'll be there.
